From start to finish this has been a completely professional and stress free experience. Richard’s experience in all areas from planning to completion was fantastic and we are so pleased with our new bathroom. As we both work we were completely happy with letting Richard have his own access to the house and it was always left, daily, completely tidy and clear of any mess. During the renovation l added a few small extra changes which Richard was always happy to oblige and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service that l would recommend to all.

Richard put in a complete new downstairs toilet which included tiling the floor, plastering a new ceiling with new light fittings. Furniture, radiator, decorating and all accessories installed too. The work from start to finish was so professional and we are so happy with the finished cloakroom. Richard left everything immaculate, daily, and everything went so smoothly we would have no hesitation in recommending Sanctuary Interiors to all.

Richard was extremely helpful throughout the entire process – helping me with the decisions and design options. Thoroughly charming guy who did a great job and I’d like him to do my next bathroom.

Two jobs done – new shower and tiles put into one bathroom, entire new bathroom including tiling, bath, toilet and shower fitted in second room. All work was done to a very high standard, all very neat and customer service was excellent. Rick was very professional and punctual and gave very good advice around products. I would definitely use Rick again and I have recommended him to friends.

Very friendly, and helpful. Laid the floor to a very good standard and nothing was too much effort. In the end we didn’t use all the materials so a reduction in the bill was given. Would definitely use again.

Richard was very helpful before starting work, with ideas on how to improve the kitchen area. He was able to suggest where to go for bathroom furniture etc. He started work when he said he would, was completely trustworthy and reliable throughout the time he was here. Richard was very tidy and unobtrusive. He was methodical and thorough in his work, always keeping us informed of any changes or problems. He sorted out several problems that arose unexpectedly due to the age of the house. His workmanship was very good and we are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Richard is excellent; he was tidy, efficient and done a superb job. We requested extra jobs which he happily agreed to prior to starting and as the work progressed Richard was happy to complete any extra tasks that were asked of him. We would highly recommend and cannot speak highly enough of the work which was produced. We have already asked for more work to be done and will use Richard for any continuous improvements on our home. 100% trustworthy and an excellent tradesman. Nothing is too much trouble. 10/10! Richard has refitted a bathroom, a shower room, rebuilt an alcove in my kitchen and decorated for us, over 3 separate work episodes over the last 6 months. Richard is a skilled builder who works very hard to overcome unforeseen difficulties to provide a great finished product. He is very easy to have in the house, very tidy and thoughtful and reliable. He is very willing to help choose fixtures and fittings and to give advice. He is, in my opinion, 100% trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend and to use him again.

This is the third job that Richard has done for us – previously a bathroom and kitchen a couple of years ago. Once again we were very happy with Richard’s professionalism and courtesy and, of course, the quality of the finished work. Richard is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him. The job involved fitting a new shower, toilet, sink and vanity unit and tiling the walls. All the work completed to a high standard and with the minimum of disruption/mess. Highly recommended.
